Common Issues:

Due to the nature of our repository, we do not offer any type of direct support for specific themes, plugins, or WooCommerce extensions included with your membership/purchase.

We provide support for any inconvenience related to the direct experience with us (problem with the download, navigation or any problem associated with our site or work).

We do not provide support on issues related to the author of the product, such as customization or issues of the author, such as version failures, among other issues directly related to the developer.

However we will never leave you without steps to try resolve your issues.

Sometimes the error may be related to the developer and until a new version is released you may need to use an older version of WordPress for the plugin to work in its current form.
